Access to endpoint logging

Is it possible to access the endpoints logs? By which I mean the logs for the proxy server that serves content to the internet.

We appear to be losing connectivity with clients apps with nothing being logged in our app in the container. It would be really useful to see what is happening at the proxy. Connections timing out, network problems etc.
