Mailgun terms of service

Apparently Mailgun’s TOS are such that an executable copy of a BAA is unnecessary. Has anyone gone through this and confirmed that the TOS-referenced BAA "checks out”?

Yes, it’s decent. MG used to clickwrap, then the Rackspace lawyers woke up and stopped that practice

Then they drafted a pretty good BAA - one of the best I’ve seen - and you had to email Erik to sign. Then they just clickwrapped it again. There are some limitations in the BAA
